At DocuCast AI, we're committed to protecting your privacy. Our app is designed to provide document-to-podcast conversion functionality while collecting minimal data.

We do not collect or store your documents or personal information. Your documents are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Information We Do Not Collect

• Your documents or their contents
• Your personal identification information
• Your location data
• Your browsing history or activity outside our app
• Your contacts or address book

Subscription Management

DocuCast AI offers subscription services processed through Apple's App Store:

• All payments and billing information are handled directly by Apple, not by DocuCast AI.
• We use RevenueCat, a third-party service provider, to manage subscription state information. RevenueCat receives only the minimum information required to verify your subscription status.
• We do not have access to your complete payment information.

Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.

Local App Data

DocuCast AI stores the following data locally on your device only:

• App preferences and settings
• Generated audio files from your documents
• Subscription status verification tokens

This data is stored solely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties. You can clear this data by deleting the app from your device.

Third-Party Services

DocuCast AI uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: Handles all payment processing for subscriptions.
• RevenueCat: Verifies subscription status. RevenueCat's privacy policy can be viewed at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated Privacy Policy will be posted in the App with the "Last Updated" date.
