1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Faith & Fit ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Faith & Fit application. By accessing the App, you verify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.
2. Medical Disclaimer
FAITH & FIT DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.
The contents of the App, such as text, graphics, images, and other material are for informational and spiritual purposes only. The Content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.
3. User Representations
By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
- You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
- You will not access the App through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise.
4. Premium Subscriptions
Faith & Fit offers a premium subscription service ("Faith & Fit Premium").
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United States. Faith & Fit and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
